Moving Up↑ / Down↓ a Level

Users start in the "Start level" with profit-targets and a daily-loss and level-loss limit assigned.
If the cash-value plus open P&L of a challenge account reached the profit-target of that level, the user is upgraded to the next level. When a level is succeeded, all trades are flattened and the account of the user is upgraded to the cash-value of the next challenge-level.
If the cash-value minus open P&L of a challenge account reached the daily-loss-limit or the level-loss-limit of that level:
If the current level of the user is "level -5", then the challenge is fully failed, all trades will be flattened and the status of the challenge will be set to "failed". No further trading in that challenge is possible.
If the current level of the user is between "level -4" and "level 2": the user is downgraded to the previous level. All trades are flattened and the account of the user is downgraded to the cash-value of the lower challenge-level.
If the current level of the user is between "level 3" and "level 10": the user is downgraded to the "Start Level". All trades are flattened and the account of the user is downgraded to the cash-value of the "Start-Level".
