Moving Up↑ / Down↓ a Level
All available levels can be seen in the tables here: Account Scaling
Users start in the "Start level" with profit-targets and a daily-loss and level-loss limit assigned.
If the cash-value plus open P&L of a challenge account reached the profit-target of that level, the user is upgraded to the next level. When a level is succeeded, all trades are flattened and the account of the user is upgraded to the cash-value of the next challenge-level.
If the cash-value minus open P&L of a challenge account reached the daily-loss-limit or the level-loss-limit of that level:
If the current level of the user is "level -5", then the challenge is fully failed, all trades will be flattened and the status of the challenge will be set to "failed". No further trading in that challenge is possible.
If the current level of the user is between "level -4" and "starting level": the user is downgraded to the previous level. All trades are flattened and the account of the user is downgraded to the cash-value of the lower challenge-level.
If the current level of the user is between "level 2" and "level 10": all your trades will be flattened and your challenge will be marked as failed. You can continue trading your challenge if you buy an account reset, further infos how to reset your account can be found HERE.
The calculation of the profit-target, daily-loss-limit and level-limit are explained here: Performance Graph and Limit Lines
You need to wait until you got your payout-confirmation until you are allowed to start trading in your next level. If you start trading on the next level before that, your challenge account might be terminated and is not eligible for any further payouts.
