Payout Requests

When you start a challenge, the payout-request button is disabled and looks like this:

As soon as you pass level 3 of your challenge successfully, you are eligible for the first payout and the request-payout button gets enabled automatically:

If the button is enabled in your account, you can request your payout by clicking on the request-payout button, fill out the requested information and send the request to our payout-team. Your request will be reviewed and if all required information is provided, it will be processed. Afterwards the request-payout button will be disabled on your dashboard again until you qualify for your next payout.

For each payout-request you need to create an invoice for the payout-amount and upload it in the request-payout form. Before the first real payout can be performed, you also need to perform a basic KYC due to legal reasons.
