Payout Requests

Once your account has reached Funded Level, you become eligible to request payouts. The minimum payout amount is 50 USD.

Our payout cycle is 14 days, and the countdown toward your next available payout can be viewed directly on your dashboard.

The section labeled “Potential Payout” reflects the exact amount you will be able to withdraw once you submit a payout request.

How to Request a Payout

When your 14-day countdown has ended, a Payout button will automatically appear on your dashboard. Clicking this button will direct you to the payout request form.

Afterwards the request-payout button will be disabled on your dashboard again until you qualify for your next payout.

Inside the form, you will be asked to choose how you want to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer). You may select one of the following:

Rise KYC
Veriff KYC

No invoice needed

Invoice required

Funds can be withdrawn directly to:

  • Your bank account, or

  • Your crypto wallet

Payment is sent directly to your crypto wallet.

After submitting the form, you will receive a separate email invitation to complete the KYC process using the provider you selected.

Once your KYC is approved, your payout will be processed and sent within 24 hours—in most cases, much sooner.

Make sure it is in PDF-format and send it to: [email protected]

❓ What happens if I fail my KYC?

We do not have control over the KYC verification outcome. Completing KYC successfully is required before we can issue any payments.

❓ Do I also get a scale-up when requesting a payout?

You can find all rules when you can request a scale-up of your account-size here: https://docs.tradersyard.com/traderchallenge/account-scaling

❓ Do I need to reach 10% profit to request a payout?

No. You may request a payout as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 50 USD. However, if you prefer to withdraw more than 10% profits, you're free to do so—the sky is the limit.

❓ I submitted my KYC but it still says “Pending.” What should I do?

Your KYC is being reviewed by the provider you selected (Rise or Veriff). We are not able to speed up or influence the verification process, as it is handled entirely by the KYC provider. Please wait until they complete their checks and approve your verification. Once approved, your payout will be processed.

❓ How much percent of the profit I made am I receiving?

Your profit share depends on your current scaling level. Each level has its own payout percentage, which increases as you progress through the scaling model. You can view the full breakdown in our official scaling table here:
