Challenge Dashboard

  1. Download TradingPlatform: This button will allow you to download AgenaTrader which is required to start a challenge. All trades have to be performed through AgenaTrader.

  2. Visit Challenge Group: We understand that sometimes in the world of trading the community feel is missing and that Traders may want to reach out to other Traders wanting to start a challenge. Joining a challenge group would allow you to communicate with like-minded traders, exchange ideas and reach goals.

  3. Billing: The billing tab will allow you to do the following things: - View all details pertaining to your current subscription plan - View and download your previous invoices/receipts - Find out when your plan will renew - Change your payment method - Cancel your subscription

  4. FAQs: Before you reach out to our Support Team, it is always useful to check the frequently asked questions sections, as most answers are found there. If however, you still do not know the answer to your question, click on the little "Help" icon on the bottom left of your screen and reach out to us. The FAQs can also be accessed here: FAQs

  5. Request Payout: Once you have reached a certain level, you can use this feature to request a payout. Further details of payout requests can be found here: Payout Requests

  6. Reset account: Use this feature carefully as it will reset your account completely, and close all of your trades, making you start from scratch! Further details of account resets can be found here: Account Reset

  7. Running: This blinking icon indicates that you are actively participating in a challenge. The other possible status of your challenge are described here: Challenge Status Definitions

  8. Challenge details: This table is the guideline for the challenge. The daily profit and loss is considered at 22:00 (UTC). All other values are on a pass or fail basis.

Challenge Value-Cards

The following values are displayed on top of your dashboard to give you a near-realtime indication of the status of your challenge:

  1. Cash Value: shows your balance based on closed trades, open P&L is not taken into account

  2. Buying Power: shows the maximum buying-power that your cash-value with the available leverage at maximum results in.

  3. Total P&L:

    1. Unrealized P&L: the amount of your currently P&L of all your open trades

    2. Realized P&L: the amount of P&L of all your closed trades in the current challenge level

  4. To Profit Target: shows the amount of profit that you need to reach the profit-target of your current challenge level. It takes your current cash-value plus your current unrealized P&L into calculation.

  5. To Daily Loss Limit: shows the amount of loss that can occur in your account before you reach the daily-loss-limit of your current challenge level. It takes your current cash-value and your current unrealized P&L into calculation. The daily-loss-limit is reset each trading-day.

  6. To Level Loss Limit: shows the amount of loss that can occur in your account before you reach the level-loss-limit of your current challenge level. It takes your current cash-value and your current unrealized P&L into calculation. The level-loss-limit is a static drawdown that is reset only if your go up/down to a new level.

Performance Graph and Limit Lines

What the graph is showing:

  1. Graph points, are showing the equity-value (cash value + unrealized PnL) of each day. Each point takes the last known value for your cash-value and unrealized PnL for each specific day. The lowest point on the graph is marked as red dot, the highest point-value is marked as green dot, all other points are plotted in blue.

  2. Profit target: green line Formula = (initial cash value of your current level) + (profit-target of your current level)

  3. Daily loss limit: Red line Formula = (cash-value at the start of a day + unrealized P&L at that time) - (daily-loss-limit of your current level)

  4. Level loss limit: Red line Formula = (initial cash value of your current level) - (level-loss-limit of your current level)
