# Connect to Your TradersYard Account

#### Conn**ect Your First Account**

**Log In:**

1. Open the **TradersYard** app.
2. Enter your **username** and **password**, then tap **Log In**.
3. After logging in, you will be taken to the **Connect Your Account** screen, where all of your available trading accounts are displayed.

**Then:**

1. Browse the list of available accounts.
2. Tap the account you want to use.
3. The account will be connected automatically, and you will be taken to the **Home** screen.

#### Verify the Connection

Once connected, the selected account number will appear in the top-right corner of the Home screen.

Your dashboard will display:

* **Equity**
* **Open P/L**
* **Daily P/L**
* **Free Margin**
* **Positions**

#### Switch to a Different Account

1. From the **Home** screen, tap the **account badge** in the top-right corner.

2. The **Account** panel will open. Click on **Disconnect**

2. Under **Switch Account**, choose the appropriate account type:
   * **All** – Displays all available accounts.
   * **Challenge** – Displays Challenge accounts only.
   * **Futures** – Displays Futures accounts only.
3. Locate the account you want to use.
   * **Challenge:** `TC-xx-xxxxxx`
   * **Futures:** `F-xx-xxxxxx`
   * **Tournament:** `T-xx-xxxxxx` (if available)

4. **Tap the account card** for the account you want to connect. The selected account will be connected automatically.
5. The newly connected account will be displayed on the Home screen, and its account information will load automatically.

> **Note:** If the dashboard displays `--` instead of account values, the account may still be connecting or market data may still be loading. Wait a few seconds and try again. If the issue persists, reconnect the account.
